December 17 - C is getting nearer

I've been referring to the approaching festival as 'the C word', and trying not to think about it.
But today, is the day the liturgy heats up, and the Divine Office gets into a special mode for the next days, starting today.

Need to keep thinking about the references to LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS. Am just hanging in there.
